Well I have some bad news and good news. The bad news is I haven't lost anything and haven't altered my eating habits or worked out since my last post. The reason being no time. I spent most of last week cleaning my house, and having my parents here until yesterday. So that was a little stressful.
The good news: I haven't gained any either! That is a feat in itself, as I tend to eat when stressed out and last week was a doosy. So I am now recommitting myself to losing weight and size. Starting Monday (my birthday is tomorrow so free weekend) I will be doing my pilates in the morning and the treadmill at night. Eating right and watching my caloric intake and points. I am going to try to do the WW thing again. It totally works if you just do it. I lost 20lbs last year in 2 months. SO I am really wanting to do this right and stick to it. Wish me luck!!
